Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager (DevOps) to lead a team of skilled DevOps engineers within Catalyst Integration Manager Services team. As a leader, you'll set the technical direction, coach engineers, and drive delivery excellence across infrastructure, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
Requirements
- 7+ years in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering
- 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship role
- Strong cloud background (preferably AWS)
- Hands-on expertise with Terraform, Helm, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD systems (GitLab pipelines)
- Proficiency with Linux administration and Bash scripting
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (IP routing, VPNs, configuration, troubleshooting)
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- A growth mindset - eager to learn, guide, and improve processes continuously
