We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI models and solutions to address complex business and technical problems.

Requirements

Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in AI/ML solution design and architecture.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
In-depth understanding of generative artificial intelligence and machine learning, including state-of-the-art algorithms, frameworks/tools, best practices, and challenges in scaling AI.
Experience training/fine-tuning language models.
Ability to think strategically and develop long-term AI (adoption) roadmaps.
Strong negotiation skills to manage client expectations, address concerns, and find mutually beneficial solutions.
Excellent communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
