Job Description
The IntelliPro Group Inc. is seeking an IT Support professional to maintain company internal IT systems, manage end-user devices, and ensure a secure environment. This is a full-time, FTE position based in New York City, USA. Responsibilities include system maintenance, device management, and building IT environments.
Requirements
- Familiar with Linux system operations and maintenance (e.g., RedHat/CentOS)
- Proficient in writing shell scripts
- Experience with operations and maintenance of Windows/Mac operating systems and office computers
- Knowledgeable in building IT office environments and structured cabling
- Familiar with configuration and management of DNS, AD, FTP, LDAP
- Understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware, KVM, etc.
