Job Description
IntelliPro is seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to join their global IT operations team. The role involves providing technical support to end-users, ensuring smooth technology operation in warehouse and logistics functions, especially during onboarding and peak periods. This is an on-site, full-time position with a focus on real-time problem-solving and high-impact service delivery.
Requirements
- Provide Level 1/2 support for laptops, desktops, and other hardware
- Troubleshoot workstation, software, and logistics system issues
- Maintain secure network infrastructure (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Ensure compliance with IT security and operational protocols
- Conduct regular equipment checks and assist with inventory tracking
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field; Master’s a plus
- 4+ years in IT support/infrastructure roles
- Solid knowledge of ITIL processes
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Mandarin proficiency (required, as support tickets and end users are primarily speaking Mandarin)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is desired
