Job Description
IntelliPro Group is seeking a Sr. SOX Compliance Controls specialist to lead the annual SOX risk-based scoping process and perform process reviews. This role involves identifying controls, testing effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and accounting regulations. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and auditors, and requires effective communication with management.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Minimum three years of audit/accounting experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification or active pursuit of certification(s)
- Proficiency in SOX 404 requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, time management, and interpersonal skills
