This role will provide application support to our identifying, responding to, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the applications and services, ensuring optimal performance and satisfactions for users and drivers.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in software engineering or technical operations
• Generalist with the ability to work across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure
• Preferred experience in database (mysql) administration
• Demonstrated integrity and accountability in managing sensitive data and operational risks
• Experience in operational support, especially during launch periods
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
