Client Services Specialist - Security Transfer (German speaker)

Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated Client Services Specialist for Security Transfers. This role involves resolving client inquiries about free of payment and global asset transfers, as well as handling cash transfers. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Resolving client enquiries via telephone, email, and online chat.
• Working closely with back office to manage and resolve securities-related queries.
• Supporting Operations Services in day-to-day Securities/Global Custody transactions.
• Ensuring timely and complete resolution of queries.
• Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Delivering excellent client service and identifying process improvements.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
