Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources Associate to drive and scale our people strategy. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive HR expertise and a proven ability to thrive in larger, complex organizations.
Requirements
- Master's degree in human resources or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within IT/FinTech or other fast-scaling industries
- SHRM or equivalent HR certification strongly preferred
