Requirements
- +4 year in Management, Real Estate, Logistics, or equivalent field
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing general services (security, maintenance, supplies, etc.)
- Manage technical maintenance of buildings and installations
- Manage real estate (legal situation, description, plan)
- Manage office equipment and furniture
- Participate in bid book development
- Manage contracts and conventions of services
- Negotiate service contracts
- Participate in event follow-ups
- Ensure reporting
- Manage projects and meetings
