Production & Warehouse Manager for a manufacturing company, responsible for leading a team, implementing digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field
- Experience with chemical manufacturing preferred
- Five years of experience as a production manager or Five to Seven years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role
- Demonstrated experience leading Smart Factory initiatives
- Proven ability to analyze data and drive decision-making
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong leadership presence and ability to influence, coach, and develop teams
