Job Description
International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking a Sr. Manager, Mid-Level Fundraising to lead a high-performing team of mid-level donor officers and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a seasoned fundraising professional with people leadership and revenue-driving expertise.
Requirements
- 5 years of sales and/or fundraising leadership and management experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Salesforce CRM experience preferred
