HR Coordinator - Volunteer

International Women's Initiative (IWI) is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator - Volunteer to support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, and assist in recruitment, training, and performance management processes.

Requirements

• Knowledge of HR functions (benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
