HR Manager - Volunteer

International Women’s Initiative (IWI) is seeking a Part-time HR Manager to lead and support the development of HR initiatives and systems. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and disciplinary procedures, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

• Knowledge of HR functions (benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
• BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
• HR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute)
