Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in Advisor facing operations, advisor support, or technology enablement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams
