They are seeking a Manager, M&A Tax to support their growth within the transaction services offering, including M&A tax, M&A advisory, corporate finance, and valuations. The role involves managing M&A tax engagements and providing support to broader transactional projects.

Requirements

• Managing tax due diligence and tax structuring engagements.
• Reviewing and preparing more complex corporation tax returns.
• Developing external and internal client and stakeholder relationships.
• Training and developing junior team members.
• Managing transaction tax engagements in relation to restructurings and refinancing.
• Strong UK corporate tax compliance experience and AlphaTax proficiency.
