The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for executing recruitment strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent across the organization. This role will lead a team of recruiters and collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and senior leaders to ensure recruitment efforts align with business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with expertise in talent attraction, assessment, and selection.
- Minimum of 3 years prior leadership experience managing direct reports.
- Proven experience in developing and executing best-in-class sourcing and selection strategies.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing internship programs and external partnerships.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead large-scale recruiting initiatives from design to execution.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
