We're looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our US team and help shape the future of Customer Success in this region. As a trusted advisor to top brands, you'll drive growth and build strategic relationships in the cybersecurity space.
Requirements
- 5+ years of customer success or account management experience with at least 3 years focused on enterprise clients
- Proven track record of managing strategic relationships with enterprise organizations
- Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, vulnerability management, and security testing methodologies
- Experience with enterprise security programs, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.), and risk management
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical concepts into business value for C-level executives
- Excellent project management skills with experience managing complex implementation plans
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time to meet with strategic clients
