Property Attendant

InTown Suites is seeking a Property Attendant to maintain a comfortable and quiet atmosphere for guests. The Property Attendant serves as the property’s emergency contact after office hours and assists guests as needed. The team is supportive, hardworking, and inclusive.

Requirements

• Patrol the property when the office is closed
• Live on the property and be on-call between five and six days per week
• Immediately report any safety or security issues
• Respond and assist to minor maintenance issues and guest needs
• Obtain guest list and vacant room report on a nightly basis
• Establish good communication and professional relationships with property guests
• Complete thorough inspection rounds of the property
• Document all inspection rounds and any incidents
