Property Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Property Maintenance Technician at one of our hotel properties. The Property Maintenance Technician will be responsible for daily upkeep of the property, including monitoring, maintaining, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on hotel property and equipment.

Requirements

• Ensure that the building and grounds are clean, properly maintained, and free of clutter
• Conduct maintenance room punch
• Perform preventive maintenance of guest rooms
• Respond to all emergency calls in a timely manner
• Maintain interior hallway carpets
• Reconcile daily paperwork with supervisor
