Job Description
We are seeking a mission-driven Senior General and Operations Manager to join our team as a part of our pursuit of a new contract supporting a DoD customer near Patuxent River, MD. The successful candidate will oversee multi-functional operations, align execution with the dynamic needs of the warfighter, and ensure seamless collaboration between Government and Industry partners.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of operations or program management experience directly supporting the Department of the Navy (DON)
- Proven ability to manage large, complex efforts with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
