Job Description
The Senior Operations Manager (SIOP-2025-24024) will support the Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program (SIOP) and assist the US Navy in executing its mission. This role involves developing policy, strategic direction, and briefings for internal and external stakeholders, as well as coordinating communication between SIOP Executive Leadership and Navy personnel. The manager also supports SIOP Executive Team with project management, planning, and policy guidance.
Requirements
- Ten years of professional experience managing NAVFAC Programs
- Knowledge of Shipyard operations and maintenance activities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional Briefing Skills (O6 level)
- Security Clearance at Secret level (US Citizenship)
