Account Manager

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in SaaS account management, B2B sales, or business development
• Proven ability to develop and maintain trusted partnerships with stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated success managing and growing accounts with a strong history of achieving sales and retention targets
• Comfortable with CRM tools (especially Salesforce), and familiar with modern sales and marketing automation solutions
• Excellent team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept in client presentations and negotiations
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently
