Senior Business Analyst ETF Technology

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our ETF Technology team and play a pivotal role in enhancing and maintaining ETF Manager — our multi-tier Java-based trading application that powers ETF primary market transactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in asset management or financial services; ETF or primary market knowledge preferred.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS essential) and multi-tier systems.
• Experience with Agile delivery and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and the Atlassian suite.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a pragmatic approach.
