Requirements
- 1+ years experience as a Maintenance Technician
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management
- Experience with plumbing, sewer, irrigation, and general construction
- Knowledge of landscaping tools and seasonal maintenance
- Valid driver's license
