Senior Project Associate (Team Leader)

Applications are welcome from internal and external candidates. The Senior Project Associate (Team Leader) will be responsible for the AVRR case management coordination and implementation, including planning, coordination, implementation and monitoring of project activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, law, international relations, public administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management, team management, or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven experience in project management, team management, or related fields, with a focus on project implementation and coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Fluency in English and Turkish (oral and written) is required.
