Senior Project Associate (Team Leader)

The Senior Project Associate (Team Leader) will be responsible for the AVRR case management coordination and implementation, planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities, and providing guidance and training to other staff in the unit.

Requirements

• Assist in the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of project activities
• Ensure case workers adhere to referral procedures for migrants in vulnerable situations
• Compile, summarize, analyse, and present information/data on specific project topics
• Monitor budget implementation and propose adjustments as necessary
• Act as focal point for administrative coordination of project implementation
• Draft status reports and correspondence on project issues
• Organize meetings, workshops, and training sessions
• Respond to complex information requests and inquiries
• Maintain effective liaison and coordination with local authorities and stakeholders
• Monitor work of implementing partners and report any non-compliance
• Provide inputs for the development of SOP and concept papers
• Supervise other staff as assigned
