Job Description
The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will support all aspects of projects/programmes/strategy Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), as well as reporting requirements, under the supervision of the Deputy Chief of Mission and the Head of Programme Coordination and Innovation Unit.
Requirements
- Collecting, maintaining, and analyzing various data for M&E activities
- Designing, commenting, and/or implementing special assessments, surveys, and operational research
- Conducting preliminary analysis of findings of monitoring and evaluation exercises
- Drafting specific inputs for the development of internal mission guidance on feedback mechanisms and accountability
- Keeping track of the status of indicators that were set for the project/programme/strategy
- Flagging and bringing to the attention of the Project/Programme Managers delays or challenges regarding data quality or compliance issues
