Job Description
The Senior Project Associate (Construction/Reconstruction) will support the implementation of construction/reconstruction activities within IOM Projects, with a focus on the EU funded project 'Individual measure to strengthen Integrated Border Management capacities in Montenegro'. The role will involve planning, coordination, and implementation of project activities, as well as monitoring budget implementation and proposing adjustments to contracts as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/reconstruction project management or related field
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
