Job Description
IONLACE is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to build the core systems powering their AI-driven agentic protein engineering platform. This hands-on role involves designing and delivering systems, guiding technical best practices, and integrating biological data with ML models in a fast-paced startup environment. The role can transition to a leadership position depending on experience and ambitions.
Requirements
- Build, Design, and Scale production-grade features and infrastructure in Python (FastAPI, PostgreSQL) and JavaScript/React, Tailwind, Next.js.
- Drive decisions and plan system architecture.
- Translate product and research requirements into clear technical milestones.
