Community Development Manager

IQ Fiber is looking for a Community Development Manager to build and execute sales programming to increase market share and profitability. The role involves building relationships with property owners, homeowner associations, and decision makers to drive sales and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Secure ROEs (right of entry agreements) and build 3-year pipeline for planned communities
• Execute tactics to capture market share, grow revenues, and generate profitable business
• Leverage business and market insights to identify business opportunities and strategies
• Manage contracts from sales through retention
• Monitor the competitive landscape, industry developments, and market conditions
• Develop and manage planning and execution of all new planned community initiatives
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance expectations
