Job Description
As the Sales Engineer, you will provide technical support to customers, understand their business requirements and technology stack, and work with sales teams to maximize the benefits derived from IQVIA's products and/or services. You will also own Proof of Concepts, provide technical input for bid proposals, and provide pre-sale technical support in sales presentations and product presentations at customer sites.
Requirements
- Pre-sales technical support for IQVIA's Incentive Compensation solution
- Demonstrating innovative SaaS solutions to showcase business goals
- Providing technical knowledge, advice, and support to customers
- Working with sales teams during the sales process
- Providing technical input for bid proposals, projects, and technical documents
- Providing pre-sale technical support in sales presentations and product presentations at customer sites
- Owning Proof of Concepts and providing technical input for rapid prototyping and/or product demo for clients
- Capturing feedback from clients and sales teams and executing initiatives
