Engagement Manager, PM&I

The Performance Management & Insights (PM&I) team is at the forefront of delivering innovative Business Intelligence (BI) and AI-driven analytics solutions tailored for the pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences industries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or project management.
• Familiarity with industry-standard pharma data sources and consulting experience is a plus.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and platforms is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, IQ 20/20) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Passion for leveraging technology—including AI platforms like Whiz AI—to drive customer success.
• Knowledge of AI concepts and tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 10–15% of the time.
