• Serve as a Medical Affairs and solutions-based expert
• Proactively strengthen medical and therapeutic subject matter expertise
• Formal and informal coaching responsibility for junior team members
• Mentor, coach, and share subject matter expertise with others
• Support Principals in managing business development
• Seek out and discuss new revenue opportunities with clients
• Work with senior Medical Affairs Strategy staff to develop offerings
