Works independently to provide physical therapy evaluations and therapy services to patients as ordered by a physician, consistent with hospital policies and procedures, standards of practice, and regulations.
Requirements
- Currently licensure in NC as an Physical Therapist or state licensure examination eligible.
- CPR certification required.
- Successful completion of a competency based orientation.
- Must possess full range of body motion to pass basic FIT test.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
