Technical Support Engineer Field

We are looking for a Field Technical Support Engineer with experience in technical support, warranties, and availability to travel in the state of Coahuila.

Requirements

• 1 year or more of experience in similar positions
• Knowledge of technical support and warranties
• Availability to travel in the state of Coahuila
• Private car ownership (mandatory)
• Knowledge of networks (structured cabling and IP telephone and external plant)
• Inventory management
• Preventive maintenance of PCs, printers, scanners, multifunctional devices, and screens
• Installation of software and hardware
• Migrating and configuring equipment
