Requirements
- Manage and grow an engineering team
- Foster a culture of technical excellence
- Develop and deliver on an impactful roadmap
- Represent Ironclad to prospects and customers
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers
- Work with quality engineers to define, build and maintain testing strategy
- Provide technical guidance and thoughtful feedback to others on the team
- Help interview and recruit talented engineers to Ironclad
