Learning Experience Designer

Ironclad is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to create targeted learning experiences for customers. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in Learning Experience Design or a related field, with a strong preference for previous experience at a SaaS company in customer-specific enablement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in Learning Experience Design or related field
• Strong preference for previous experience at a SaaS company in customer-specific enablement
• Proven understanding of agile development
• Ability to test and iterate based on customer experience
• Proficiency with learning management systems and authoring tools
• Strong empathy and desire to understand customer needs and goals
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information
• Skilled at building relationships with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders
• Applied knowledge of learning theory, psychology, customer communication, or another related field
• Demonstrated ability in visual design
• Demonstrated ability in video editing
• HTML and CSS proficiency preferred
