We are seeking a creative and experienced Learning Experience Designer to develop engaging training solutions that empower users to adopt and optimize software effectively.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Learning Experience Design, instructional design, or a related field, preferably with experience in SaaS customer enablement.
- Strong proficiency with learning management systems (e.g., Thought Industries, Docebo) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Applied knowledge of learning theory, instructional design principles, and adult learning psychology.
- Skills in visual design and video editing; HTML and CSS proficiency preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with changing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
