Customer Experience Coordinator

Ironwear is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to act as a liaison between the customer, sales team, and internal resources. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, assisting with orders, addressing product inquiries, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will be organized, meticulous, and possess strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Answer incoming phone calls, customer support emails and customer chats.
• Evaluate and write up incoming orders.
• Assist customers with product inquiries.
• Process paperwork for customer orders.
• Maintain customer data in ticketing/ERP/CRM platforms.
• Communicate with processing team/Account Managers.
