Account Coordinator

Ironwear is seeking an Account Coordinator to act as a direct link between customers, the Sales Team, and internal personnel. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with orders, maintaining relationships, and upselling products. The position has a limited sales capacity.

Requirements

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer support emails.
• Evaluate and write up incoming orders.
• Provide customer support regarding product inquiries, inventory, pricing, and returns.
• Communicate with process and account managers to ensure accurate order processing.
• Process customer paperwork and maintain customer data.
