Job Description
Ironwear is a safety solution provider with over 30 years of experience in PPE manufacturing and development. The Regional Account Manager will expand their customer base by achieving sales quotas in their assigned territory, traveling extensively, and managing relationships with key stakeholders. This role involves sales planning, budget management, and identifying new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
- Report on regional sales results.
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new growth opportunities.
- Establish and execute account strategies for key distributors.
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met.
- At least one year’s PPE sales experience.
