Ironwear is a safety solution provider with over 30 years of experience manufacturing PPE. The Regional Account Manager will expand the customer base and achieve sales quotas in their assigned territory. This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring travel and in-person visits.

• Create regional sales plans and quotas

• Forecast quarterly and annual profits
• Prepare and review the annual budget
• Analyze regional market trends
• Address potential problems and suggest solutions
• Establish account strategies
• Maintain customer database
