Job Description
Ironwear is seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive sales growth and maintain relationships with key customers within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will develop and execute effective sales strategies, manage client relationships, and analyze market trends to inform sales tactics and product offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in the PPE or safety equipment field
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales data analysis
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
