The Financial Analyst supports the project proforma process, financial planning, project reporting, and strategic analytics for Irvine Company Community Development Division.

Requirements

• Contributes to the development of the annual five-year business plan and quarterly forecasts
• Analyzes and manages independent builder profitability reporting
• Assesses builder financial metrics and updates various planning models
• Prepares weekly and month-end independent builder maps, financial reporting
• Provides strategic analytical insights into Community Development’s financial performance
• Creates and maintains financial models & operating tools
• Collaborates with BI, IT, Accounting, Project Management, Construction Management and Marketing groups
