Financial Analyst - Apartments Division ($83,800 - $107,800)

The Financial Analyst supports the Capital Planning & Analysis team with capital budget request processing, financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis.

Requirements

• Facilitates the preparation of capital budget request memos and supporting exhibits.
• Provides project analytics, data validation and reporting for quarterly forecasts, annual budget, and long-term planning for Apartments Division capital investment.
• Maintains data integrity of project-level data within the Portfolio and Project Management System (PPM) on the SAP platform and associated Business Intelligence reporting data model.
• Interprets and manipulates large datasets from multiple data sources in order to build financial models and reporting packages.
