We are seeking a Director of Sales to oversee our sales department, drive sales, and forecast occupancy fluctuations.
Requirements
- Solicit, negotiate, and book new and repeat business
- Direct, train, coordinate, and supervise Sales and Catering Managers and the Sales Coordinator
- Meet or exceed the budgeted REVPAR for the hotel
- Prepare the hotel's annual marketing and sales plan
- Forecast occupancy fluctuations and direct selling activities
- Ensure team members are familiar with key accounts and 'specifics' relating to business booked in the hotel
