We are looking to add a Sales Manager who will be responsible for revenue production for the hotel, and meeting or exceeding planned revenue objectives for occupancy and average daily rate.
Requirements
- Involved in community and/or government affairs to ensure effective marketing of the hotel
- Develop and implement marketing and sales plans based on demand segments and to maximize REVPAR and Market Share
- Know key accounts and actively'sells' through sales calls, property tours, strategic marketing, etc.
- Maintain vendor and client information where necessary
- Collaborate with Front Office Team to ensure the details of the group and special corporate directives are executive properly
