This Kubernetes DevOps Engineer role focuses on the development, maintenance, and automation of Kubernetes workloads in a hybrid environment. The company seeks a highly skilled individual to join their team, utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for their infrastructure. The position requires 10+ years of cloud/infrastructure experience and 7+ years of GCP expertise.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience as Cloud/Infrastructure Engineer or similar role with at least 7+ years on GCP.
- Strong Linux, and Shell scripting Experience.
- Skills in GCP Containers, especially Kubernetes.
- Skills in GCP Application Integration/Management.
- Experience with Terraform.
- GCP Certified Professional.
- Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure resources/concepts such as VPCs, Subnets, Firewalls etc specifically for GCP.
- Experience with Distributed Systems, Kubernetes, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) & Cloud Security practices.
- Hands-on Experience in Scripting/Programming languages like Python, and Shell scripting.
- Strong Problem Solving & Troubleshooting skills.
- Strong Written/Verbal communication skills.
