ITility is seeking an experienced HR Team Lead for Learning, Development and Compliance functions to support the Human Resource (HR) Manager and provide guidance to a team while supporting the client’s mission.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret SCI Clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience of HR management required
- Prior team lead experience required
- Experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC) in an HR role
- Ability to act with integrity and professionalism and maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and conduct multiple assignments concurrently
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, conflict resolution and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments and levels of the organization
- Ability to build relationships and trust with team members and other stakeholders
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- HR and/or Workforce Management experience supporting the Department of War (Defense)
