Job Description
ITility is seeking an experienced Human Resources Team Lead to support the HR Manager and provide guidance to a team. The successful candidate will manage a team of HR Generalists and oversee the client's employee information systems.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret SCI Clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph
- Experience supporting the IC in an HR role
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience of HR management required
